The process of buying a house or selling a house is laden with fear. It’s an insecure feeling to not have roots and to be looking for a place to plant roots. It’s equally insecure to list your home on the market and have the public judge the quality and value of it. The more confident and skilled your real estate agent, the more confident you will feel and the better the results will be. In this episode, we talk about how to create confidence as a real estate agent and therefore what to ask when you interview an agent to be able to identify if they have the skills and the confidence to guide you through this process.
